Reports from the front have described several sudden, eerie changes to the Cartoon Network Universe. The sky has turned completely dark and appears to be in a state of perpetual night. Strange, chilling music is everywhere. And perhaps most unsettling of all, Fusion Monsters have taken on new appearances and many have begun using new attacks.

On the up side, Dracula is tired of the Home of the Ancients, and is hanging out in the Cul-de-Sac. He's supernatural, so he has no problem being in two time periods at once. Heroes can check in with him no matter where they are in the time stream. The best thing about his visit? He's handing out free Halloween costumes! (He's also selling pumpkins which might contain cool accessories.) Hang onto to that costume after Halloween... it's got some very interesting surprises in store for future holidays.

Rumors are also circulating about mysterious and generous ghosts haunting the Cartoon Network Universe. Allegedly, on October 31st and November 1st, conditions will be perfect for these kindly spooks to roam freely in the world. They can't be seen, but they CAN give gifts without warning!
